In 2009 a group of about 20 students from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Elon University traveled to Uruguay for an Alternative Spring Break trip. We participated in a handful of community service and Uruguayan cultural experiences. This video shows the 2 day construction of a greenhouse that teaches young kids to learn to grow their own food and bring that knowledge back to their families so that they can grow their own food or even grow a product they can sell for an income. There are about 200 photos that make up this video and I have to apologize for not using a tripod.
